Gary will be sharing his insights on tools such as ChatGPT in the workspace. (This Bio was written using ChatGPT!)  He will give general explanation on how it works, potential risks, changing in education, plus interactive demonstrations on a variety of use cases. 

Gary Poelma

Vice President, Customer Support, Cirrus | Former Full-Time Faculty Instructor, University Of Minnesota 

With over 31 years of leadership experience at Cirrus Aircraft, Gary has held key roles in engineering, service operations, and business development. He earned his engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and later completed his MBA at Washington State University. In 2021, Gary transitioned into semi-retirement and joined the University of Minnesota Duluth a full-time faculty instructor, where he spent three years teaching and shaping the next generation of business leaders.

Recently, Gary returned to Cirrus, where he now serves as Vice President of Customer Support, focusing on enhancing customer service strategies and driving operational excellence.
