Paid Leave is coming to MN, are you ready?
Paid Leave is coming to Minnesota.
Is your business ready?
Minnesota Paid Leave is a new program launching January 1, 2026, that provides workers with paid time off when a serious health condition prevents them from working, when they need time to care for a family member or a new child, for certain military-related events, or for certain personal safety issues.
To help you prepare, Minnesota Paid Leave staff are partnering with MNSHRM to provide an overview of the program, share recent updates, answer your questions, and help you get ready to meet your responsibilities under Paid Leave.
