About Us

Arrowhead Human Resources Association (AHRA) was started in 2001-2002 by Mary Hess from Iron Range Resources as a way for local HR professionals to connect. We became an affiliated SHRM chapter in 2003.

AHRA is a group of business professionals from the Iron Range and Arrowhead region of Northeastern Minnesota. We are an affiliated chapter of SHRM.
