Minnesota employers are facing significant changes with the implementation of Earned Sick & Safe Time (ESST) and Paid Family Medical Leave Act (PFMLA). This session, led by Justin Terch MA, MBA, SPHR, Managing Consultant at Terch & Associates Consulting LLC, will provide an in-depth look at current legal requirements, recent updates, and potential legislative modifications.
